Subscriptions

Subscription management is handled via Stripe and accessible from the Account page.

Managing Your Subscription

1. Go to Account
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
   • View billing history
   • Update payment method
   • Change or cancel your subscription

Billing

• Professional tier is billed monthly at A$39/month
• Payment is processed via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period

Downgrading

When you cancel or downgrade:

• Your current tier remains active until the end of the billing period
• After expiry, you revert to the Personal tier (if signed in) or Starter tier
• Existing desktops and credentials are preserved but resource limits apply
